Physical fitness

Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."

when the body is healthy and strong. The type of activities a person does to maintain healthy and strong count a lot. It doesn'always have to be physical fitness. Being healthy  also has to do with your attitude and emotions. If you are a happy person then that's one step to being healthy.
